Why don't you publish returns or a track record?
Because there isn't one yet — and fabricating one is the industry norm we exist to replace. We publish the model's measured AUC (0.6067 — not 90%), the test wall, and a claims register that states exactly what evidence would prove us wrong. When a track record exists, it will be regulated, audited, and published whatever it says.
Is this investment advice?
No. Deiá provides analytics and decision-support tooling for institutional evaluation — sold to licensed institutions, with no client capital held or accepted and no personalized recommendations. Our regulatory positioning is reviewed by counsel before paid distribution opens — that review is a funded line item in the round.
How does pricing evolve?
Pricing reflects pre-track-record access and rises as verification deepens. Founding pilots are locked at their rate for 24 months regardless of future repricing.
What is a "seat"?
A per-user license. A desk typically runs 2–5 seats.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable, priced accordingly. Pilot engagements are fixed-scope.
When does the engine sandbox open?
With live activation. Pro and Institutional subscribers get it at launch — paper-executing the engine's output against real prices with the full cost model charged up front.
Will you manage capital?
That's Layer 3 — regulated capital management, post-license, months 18–24+ on the roadmap. It requires the CMA pathway this raise funds. It is not sold today, and we won't imply otherwise.
