Deiá provides an AI-powered algorithmic trading analysis platform. Our Service includes signal generation, risk management tools, automated trading capabilities, and analytics dashboards.
Important: Deiá is a technology platform, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of initial subscription.
All platform content, AI models, scoring algorithms, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Deiá. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trading purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deiá shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
